A delegation arrived at the outer gate on Saturday bearing twenty-one imaginary black goats and five desi murghay, in what the Directorate of Nazarana Management has confirmed is the most substantial foreign offering in the Darbar's history.
The delegation was received with full ceremonial honours. Chai was served continuously for five hours. The delegation attempted to leave three times and was successful on the fourth, in accordance with Article 002.
“They came with twenty-one. We recorded twenty-two. This is correct and I will not be taking questions.”
The visit required the temporary relocation of the Committee on Seating Arrangements and the Standing Committee on Standing, both of which were moved to the veranda. Neither has returned.
